You decide youre tired and this is too complicated a task. Youll look at it later. If you remember. This is Alzheimer's disease. This incurable disease affects the over 5.3 million people. This could be your grandfather or grandmother. Your best friend. Your mom. You.

Brief Description: Great, challenging early season event to jump start your triathlon season. Start with a brisk swim in Lake Sebago, followed by a 2-Lap hilly bike course with 1500+ feet of elevation gain/loss per lap followed by moderately difficult out & back run course over rolling (paved) terrain with 560 feet of elevation gain/loss.

Westchester Toughman Half Iron Distance Triathlon
Swim 1.2M + Bike 56M + Run 13.1M
Date: Sunday, September 12, 2010 @ 8:00 AM local time
Location: Croton Point Park, Croton on Hudson (Westchester), NY
Brief Description: The Third Annual Westchester Toughman Half Iron Triathlon starts off with a sturdy 1.2 mile swim in a protected cove of the Hudson River. The scenic 56 mile rolling bike course takes riders throughout beautiful Northern Westchester and includes the time trial of the Empire State Games on Route 100 as well as the Titicus Reservoir. The 13.1 mile run takes you below the Croton Falls and across the Croton Dam. Half of the running course is on trails, providing a shady last leg of the event.
